We're the right fit if....you're looking to redefine your relationship with movement, self care and your body in a way that is more gentle and doesn't ask you to change who you are. And, if you're looking to be witnessed by someone who has been there (I am a small-fat, neurodivergent, chronically and mentally ill person who has recovered from an eating disorder and know how difficult this work can be to navigate).

Clients who I work with usually....have experience with chronic dieting or an eating disorder, are neurodivergent and/or are living in a larger body, and have not found affirming and supportive spaces in which to care for themselves, express their unique preferences and move their bodies.

I create safety and connection in our relationship by.... supporting you through the ebbs and flows with compassion, witnessing you as the whole worthy person that you are and acknowledging harmful power dynamics that can show up in wellness/health spaces. I don't have all of the answers but together we can move towards more of what you desire for yourself.

Values I bring into my practice include....boundaries, consent, non-violent communication, gentleness, compassion, consistency, curiosity, acknowledgement of power/control/hierarchy and connection to the land.
