-
began with a single nutrition course at my local community college that sparked a curiosity I couldn't ignore—one that ultimately led me to shift paths from nursing to dietetics. During my internship, I gained experience across diverse settings including community health, women's health, eating disorders, and mental health, all of which continue to shape my practice today. My own evolving relationship with food throughout different seasons of life has also deepened my understanding of the complexities my clients navigate.
-
is non-diet, weight-neutral, and rooted in compassion. I create a non-judgmental space where we can explore and heal your relationship with food together, honoring your unique experiences and needs.
-
include college-age adults and beyond:
individuals navigating PCOS

chronic dieting
dissociative disorders (including DID)
ADHD

autoimmune disorders
type 2 diabetes
cardiovascular conditions.
-
bring curiosity and open-mindedness to our work while gently challenging thoughts and patterns. Together, we gain clarity and move toward greater ease of mind. I strive to show up authentically and create a comfortable environment where you can come exactly as you are. Clients also value my active listening and my commitment to providing a safe space for growth and self-exploration.
-
hiking with my dogs, reading, cooking new recipes, playing video games on my PS5, and traveling to discover new places.
